How many sessions are there per week?

The programme includes 3 structured training sessions per week, depending on your goals and availability. You’ll also receive guidance on additional mobility and recovery work.

What happens if I miss a session?

Life happens! We provide alternative workouts and guidance to help you stay on track even if you miss a session. We also offer free alternative classes from our timetable.

Is there a nutrition plan included?

Yes, we provide guidance on nutrition strategies rather than rigid meal plans. Our approach focuses on real, sustainable eating habits that fuel your training and transformation.

How do I track my progress?

We track progress through:

How much does it cost?

We can modify exercises to suit any limitations. Please discuss any injuries with our coaches before starting, and we will tailor the programme accordingly.
