How do I check in?
When you arrive, please scan the QR code found in your Cobbydale Forge/ LegitFit app using our scanner at the front desk. If the app doesn’t load or if you don’t have your smartphone, please speak to a member of staff who will sign you in manually.
How do I book onto a class?
Once you are connected with LegitFit, you can book classes via the mobile app or website. You can also book onto classes without a membership (pay on booking).
How do I book a session with a personal trainer?
You can book a session with one of our expert personal trainers by contacting them via LegitFit or finding them on our PT wall within the gym. You must have a membership in order to book Personal Training.
How old do I need to be to join?
Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Anyone between the ages of 16 and 18 must have parental consent.
Can I check out the gym before joining?
Yes, you can book a gym tour by contacting us directly via Instagram or email: info@cobbydaleforge.com
Alternatively, you can book a Gym Tour from our Timetable once you have connected with us on our app.
Can I join the gym short-term?
If you are just visiting the area, or prefer to try before you buy, we offer a day pass option for non-members for £10. This is for open-gym use only, classes are not included.
We can also offer a Gym Only Weekly pass for £25 or a Monthly Classes and Open Gym Pass for £90.

Is there CCTV at Cobbydale Forge?
Yes, there is external and internal CCTV operating 24/7.
What do I do if I have lost something in the gym?
The fastest and easiest way to retrieve lost property is to head back to the gym and speak to a member of staff. Alternatively, you can contact us via Instagram or email.
How can I make changes to my membership?
You can make changes to your membership online using your LegitFit account or by sending us a direct email, or by speaking to a member of staff.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership by contacting us via cancellations@cobbydaleforge.com with the reason for cancellation. We will then proceed to cancel the payments. Please note that we now require 3 months notice for us to cancel your membership.
What do I do if I have a complaint?
Whilst we hope that there won’t be anything to cause you to complain, we understand that occasionally there might be issues that need to be addressed. Please email us directly at cobbydaleforge@hotmail.com and we will ensure that your complaint or concern is investigated and dealt with fairly and correctly.
Do you have a carpark?
Yes, we have full car parking facilities at the gym. Please park considerately for other members.
