BOOTCAMP

BOOTCAMP! Inspired by our OG community from the Hive. This is full body interval based circuit training suitable for all ages and abilities. Led by experienced coaches Danny, Tom, Sid and Elle, these coaches bring the energy and will tailor the exercises to meet your needs so that you leave feeling pumped and energised!

BODY BLAST

30min Full Body HITT Circuit Training. The perfect lunch break get away! This class is suitable for all ages and abilities. This high energy interval based circuit will be sure to get your heart pumping. Body Blast is designed to use your whole body in a balanced way, ensuring you leave the class feeling pumped, invigorated, and positive.

Delivered by our coaches Danny, Stu and Tas.

FORGE FIGHT

Forge Fight is a boxing class ran by Coach Dale. Get fighting fit whilst learning the art of boxing in this fun and friendly class. Become more confident, co-ordinated and relaxed after punching the stress of the day away!

FORGE FIT

The perfect balance of strength, fitness and skill. Each session is programmed specifically to incorporate traditional strength movements, Olympic lifts, gymnastics and high intensity cardiovascular training.

Coached by Dan Jeffery through the week and Dan White on weekends, Forge Fit is functional fitness done the Forge way. These two coaches have backgrounds in CrossFit functional strength, fitness and athletic performance, rest assured that you are in good hands when becoming the best version of yourself!

FORGE FLOW

A beginner friendly yoga class to help reduce stress, increase flexibility and improve overall health. A combination of yoga poses, breathwork and guided relaxation in a supportive environment. Everyone welcome. Delivered by Caroline, our Yoga instructor.

FORGE FURY

Fitness for people with fighting spirit. Forge Fury is a balance of high intensity cardiovascular training and powerful functional strength movements.

Lead by coach Dan White and Dale Booth, this class is for all abilities, from beginner to seasoned veteran. Both coaches have an extensive background in martial arts and fitness and will be in your corner every step of the way pushing you to become warriors of the Forge!

RIDE

Ride is our indoor cycling class! We have multiple qualified spin instructors all with their own style and character. These sessions include a variety of sprints, hills and flat pushes! Ride is a fantastic way to increase cardio vascular fitness and take the load off our joints. Fancy some great music with great people then get your bike and RIDE with us!

STRONG

Designed towards building strength and techniques for Strongman events whether you're a seasoned strongman/woman or a newcomer to the world of strength training, our supportive community will push you to achieve results. Delivered by Strongman Sid.

COBBYDALE KIDS

This is a fun, child focused class. Bootcamp style circuits suitable for all abilities. Where kids can gain confidence, learn new skills and make new friends! Delivered by Coach Anna.
