BOOTCAMP
BOOTCAMP! Inspired by our OG community from the Hive. This is full body interval based circuit training suitable for all ages and abilities. Our coaches bring the energy and will tailor the exercises to meet your needs so that you leave feeling pumped and energised!
RIDE
Ride is our indoor cycling class! We have multiple qualified spin instructors, all with their own style and character. These sessions include a variety of sprints, hills and flat pushes! Ride is a fantastic way to increase cardio vascular fitness and take the load off our joints. Fancy some
great music with great people then get on your bike and RIDE with us!
FORGE FURY
Fitness for people with fighting spirit. Forge Fury is a balance of high intensity cardiovascular training and powerful functional strength movements.
This class is for all abilities, from beginner to seasoned veteran. Both coaches have an extensive background in martial arts and fitness and will be in your corner every step of the way pushing you to become warriors
of the Forge!
STRONG
Designed towards building strength and techniques for Strongman events whether you're a seasoned strongman/woman or a newcomer to the world of strength training, our supportive community will push you to achieve results.
FORGE FUSION
Mixing the intensity of RIDE with a classic Bootcamp, performing exercises on and off the bikes. This class is sure to provide you with a full body workout and increase that heart rate!
COBBYDALE KIDS
Kids and (optional) parents train together in this fun, child focused class. This bootcamp circuit is suitable for all abilities, where kids can gain confidence, learn new skills and make new friends! You may stay with your child, or have child free hour to yourself.
Ages: 5-11 years old.
YOGA
A beginner friendly yoga class to help reduce stress, increase flexibility and improve overall health. A combination of yoga poses, breathwork and guided relaxation in a supportive environment. Everyone welcome.
FORGE FIGHT
Forge fight is our boxing class. Get fighting fit, whilst learning the art of boxing in this fun and friendly session. This class focuses on pad work, technique, co-ordination and cardio, which is suitable for all abilities.
